Lifetime Warranty

FerraMonster Knife warrants that our knives will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product to the original owner. However, should any defect in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship arise, we are happy to repair or replace the product with an equivalent model.

Replacement Policy

In the event of a replacement, if the original model is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a comparable model of equal value.
If you would like to return or replace your item, it must be in LIKE NEW condition and within 30 days of purchase. We will issue you a refund once the item has been received and inspected by our team.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover repairs for knives subjected to misuse (e.g., throwing, prying), abuse, or intentional damage. Damage resulting from dropping, throwing, prying, chipped edges, bent clips, improper sharpening, rust due to neglect, or other improper treatment is not covered under this warranty.

The warranty is void if the knife is modified from its original form or assembly in any way, or if repairs are performed by sources other than FerraMonster Knife.

RETURNS

To start process your return, plz contact us via support@ferramonster.com within 30 days of your purchase and make sure the products are in LIKE NEW condition. To help us better know about the problems, please email us with your issue with your product, item number and pictures of the issue.

Refunds will be processed in the form of original payment after the products received and inspected by our team
