Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only able to fulfill orders for delivery within the USA.

How long does shipping usually take?

In general, it takes 5-7 business days.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted for 30 days from the purchase date according to the refund policy. It must be in LIKE NEW condition without signs of wear or damage. Please contact support@ferramonster.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning the item.

Can I return an item that I bought at another store?

We only accept the returns for items purchased from ferramonster.com directly.

Can I change or cancel my order if it is in transit?

We start processing orders within 24 hours to ensure fast shipping. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee it will be possible if your order is in transit.

Do you offer a discount for military and veterans?

Yes, a 15% discount is available to military members and veterans.
